Due to the fast pace of the consumer products industry, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information, however, we reserve the right to make corrections, adjustments or changes without notice.

Special order items such as: Furniture, bedding, rugs, Creative Image wall art, Playscapes and ceramic drawer pulls, require payment in full upon order.
Items including Bedding, bedding accessories, wall art, rugs, drawer pulls, & 3-D Playscapes are special order products and are subject to a separate return and cancellation policy. Any product that is subject to this policy is so noted it's web page. We must enforce this policy because these items are ordered on a per customer basis. All returns and cancellations are subject to a 25% special order restocking fee. To avoid any restocking fee, an order must be cancelled no more than 3 days after your order is placed.. SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL CUSTOM FURNITURE AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Return Policy
To return a merchandise for an exchange or refund, simply following the 3 easy steps below:

Notify us by emailing StorybookLane.com Customer Service Representatives at orders2@storybooklane.com along with your Name, Order Number, Item Number, and Reasons for Return.

Return the merchandise, along with the receipt, to the attention of StorybookLane.com Customer Service at the address specified above.

For an exchange, please include a note with the return package describing the item you would like to exchange your item for. If you have requested for a refund, a credit will be issued back to your credit card account upon the receipt of the return merchandise.
The returned item must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return instructions and any applicable fees will be emailed to you. A 25% restocking fee will apply to bedding, Creative Images Wall Art, Rugs, Monkey Toes, Giant Animal Murals. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on Oopsy Daisy wall art
Halloween costumes can be returned or exchanged up until October 15th. After October 15th all costume sales are final, if you want ensure having the right fit for your child, please place your order before the cut off date to ensure time for redelivery. Items must be returned in original packing in NEW & UNUSED condition. If the costume is missing pieces or not in resellable condition, a refund will not be given.
After 30 days, no returns will be accepted. No exceptions.

Availability
All StorybookLane.com merchandise indicate an estimated processing time on the product page. Almost all bedding sets are made-to-order. It usually takes between 4-6 weeks before an order is shipped out, depending on the manufacturer. Production time will vary depending on availability. If any delays are anticipated, we will notify you via email as soon as information is relayed to us. Please feel free to contact us via email at orders2@storybooklane.com for an order status update. The availability information presented on our site is the best, most current information we have, but errors and delays do occur. Please note that this information does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability.
When a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will notify you as quickly as possible. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon the manufacturer and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.

SPECIAL ORDER FEES
A $10 drop ship charge will be added to your total order for each shipment of Creative Images wall art, this is automatically calculated during checkout when you choose the "FedEx Wall Art" option, otherwise it will be manually added(NOT INCLUDED: stick-ups, Wallies, border, or Murals). There is a $12 flat fee for rugs. These fees are applicable even with the free shipping offer because they are shipped directly from the artist/manufacturer. Shipping is automatically calculated real-time at the end of each purchase session, prior to check out. The shipping charge depends on the dollar amount you purchase. You will not be charged anything until you have finalized the order, so feel free to click on the add to cart! button to test and find out the shipping charge for your entire order.
